LEIGHA+DEVIN
15/08/2012Leigha and Devin’s wedding is one that I’ve been looking forward to quite sometime now. In her original inquiry, awesome bride-to-be, Leigha commented on the dorky portraits featured on the right side of my contact form. “You definitely seem like someone I would want around on my wedding day. From dork to dork, Leigha.” [...however after getting to know Leigha just a little bit this past year, I must dispute her dork status, she's one cool gal.]
Leigha is a wonderful, whimsical girl from Illinois who, on a whim, moved to NYC. And loved it. Devin is a kind, loud-spoken and hardworking born-and-raised New York entrepreneur. As far as I can tell, they are the perfect match. Because their families each reside in very different parts of the country, these two decided to host their wedding in a “neutral” location…like Banff!

Leigha and Devin’s wedding was the first time I’d seen Tamara since our own wedding. I just love her ceremonies.

This room looked SO GOOOOD.
Dancing was a huge part of Leigha and Devin’s celebration. Everyone got up and danced between each course.
The Dino Martinis added a pretty awesome dimension to the party.
Stardust did such an amazing job lighting the Cascade Ballroom…seriously, lighting like this makes all the difference.
